When will my order ship?
In-stock items generally ship within 3-5 business days. Pre-order shipping time frames are indicated on the product page. If you order multiple items and your order includes a pre-order, all items will ship together in order to keep shipping costs affordable for customers. You will receive a shipping notification when your item ships. 

Why is shipping expensive?
All orders ship from Canada. Shipping options to certain international destinations can be expensive. Shipping rates are constantly being updated to offer the most affordable options. Free shipping is also offered for orders of $150 or more with the discount code FREESHIP at checkout.

Will my order be tracked?
Due to recent limitations caused by US border changes, shipping methods to some international destinations do not include tracking. Tracked shipping will always be used when it is available. Destinations that currently allow tracked shipping are the following:

I need express shipping/tracked shipping and the option isn't available. What do I do?
Faster shipping options/tracked shipping options for destinations not on the list above may be available for a higher price. Please contact me and I will look into options for you. 

I didn't receive my order. What do I do?
Keep a close eye on your tracking page, if applicable. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, you can contact me through the CONTACT page. Please keep communication respectful and kind. Remember that the same person who makes the music you love is also shipping your orders. :)

I placed my order but forgot to add an item I want. What do I do?
Contact me through the CONTACT page and let me know which item you want to add, including your order number. Usually I can offer you a discount code for free shipping on the additional item and ship everything together.

The item/size I want is out of stock. What do I do?
